Our swimming program dives into what Character Before Career means to our student-athletes
Our swimmers train and race with dedication, discipline, and teamwork. Practicing in our on-campus indoor pool, athletes refine their technique and build endurance while representing The Brook in meets across Long Island and the greater Tri-State area. Whether in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, or butterfly, our swimmers strive for personal bests and embody the Stony Brook spirit of character, perseverance, and sportsmanship in and out of the water.
