Refund Policy- SBS Baseball Clinics will offer refunds for cancellations up to 14 days before the camp minus any processing fees. Within 14 days, there is a strict NO REFUND policy.
Discounts- No discounts are offered at this time.

Important Information for Parents and Guardians of Campers
All Stony Brook camps and clinics have policies in place to ensure the safety of youth participating in our programs, activities, and services. All program staff are trained in emergency protocols and all relevant internal, external, and parental reporting requirements.
Confidentiality
Personal information about camp participants is considered confidential and may not be shared outside of camp. This includes the identity of campers, any demographic information, medical information, and any other personally identifiable data. The School cannot release names or phone numbers of other participants, even for carpooling purposes.
Open Enrollment Statement
In accordance with NYS Guidelines, all Stony Brook Sports Clinics are open to any and all entrants, limited only by specified number, age, grade level, and/or gender of its participants.
Additional Policies and Disclaimers: Assumption of Risk & Liability Statement

Participation in athletic activities carries inherent risks. By enrolling their child, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation. The Stony Brook School and its affiliates are not liable for injuries or medical conditions that may arise during camp.

Medical Treatment & Emergency Authorization
By registering, parents/guardians authorize trained camp staff to administer first aid and, in emergencies, arrange for further medical care. Emergency contacts must be provided in advance.
Medication Policy 
All medication must be turned in to camp staff on the first day of camp with a completed authorization form. Camp staff cannot administer medication without written consent.
Photo and Video Release
Photos and videos may be taken during camp. Registration grants permission for use in promotional materials unless parents/guardians opt out in writing.
Camper Behavior Expectations & Dismissal
Campers are expected to behave respectfully. The Stony Brook School reserves the right to dismiss campers without refund for inappropriate behavior, harassment, or endangering others.
Drop-Off / Pick-Up Policy
Timely drop-off and pick-up are required in Johnston Parking Lot. Late pick-ups may incur additional fees. Only authorized individuals may pick up campers.
Insurance Disclaimer
Parents/guardians must provide adequate health insurance. The Stony Brook School does not provide health or accident coverage.
Inclement Weather / Cancellation PolicyInclement Weather / Cancellation Policy
Camp runs rain or shine unless safety is at risk. Decisions to cancel will be communicated via email/phone. In the event of inclement weather, we will reschedule for the week of August 4-8.
Communication Policy
Camp communications will use contact info provided at registration. Parents/guardians must ensure this information is up-to-date.

By checking this box, you agree to release The Stony Brook School, its coaches, officers, and affiliates from all liability related to the Baseball Clinic and any accidents that may occur. We (I), the undersigned, agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify The Stony Brook School (“School”), its trustees, and officers, its agents, representatives and employees from and against any and all liability, lawsuits, claims, damages, or claims for injuries to my (our) child or children, including any negligent act or omission by the School or its agents, representatives or employees, which are not the result of gross negligence, intentional neglect, or willful or wanton conduct by the School. The School has put in place preventative measures, as required by the CDC and the State of New York, to reduce the spread of communicable diseases; however, the School cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected with a communicable disease. Further, attending the School could increase your risk and your child(ren)’s risk of contracting a communicable disease. I am aware of such risks as described by the State Department and CDC, including the risk of transmission of communicable diseases, and agree to release and hold harmless the School, its trustees, officers, agents, representatives and employees from and against any and all liability, lawsuits, claims, or damages arising from the transmission of any communicable diseases, before, during or after participation in any activities on the school’s property.
